Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (Prompt Packs, E-books, Video Courses, Automation Flows)

• All sales of digital products are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

• Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital goods that are delivered immediately after purchase if you consent to instant access.

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right of withdrawal for these products.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

• Memberships (e.g., access to the Prompt Library or bundled content) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [support@omniexistence.com].

• Cancellation will stop future payments, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.

• If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only if:

• The product was not delivered due to technical issues on our side.

• You were incorrectly charged more than once for the same product.

• A legal right to a refund applies under consumer protection laws.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above:

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the request.

3. We will review your request and notify you of approval or denial within 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage all customers to reach out to resolve billing issues directly.
